Many years ago I put up a map of the Tararuas which allowed people to click on the map (or a list of huts) and get information about huts in the Tararuas. Technology has obviously moved on a bit since then (and some of the javascript hasn't stood the tests of time).

I've just added a link from the Carkeek photo  in the photo gallery on this site to an entry I created on ZoomIn for the hut. The best view of the map is when you select "Terrain" view.

The entry on ZoomIn is tagged with tararua and hut which means searching for "tararua hut" has the potential to return all tararua huts in the future (with a bit of help from some vuwtc friends?).

If anybody does find time and interest to add a few more - it would be good to add the entries to the group "Tararua Huts" in addition to the tags in case we want to control who can update information for the huts on ZoomIn.
