TWALK

TWALK!! A rogaining adventure race for those who'd like to get amoungst some awesome Cantebury terrain all while dressed up in some silly costumes. It's a 24 hour event spread over two days that is split into five legs that range from 15 - 25km. There is no obligation to do all five and they all start from the Hash House, which is where we will be based out of.

Currently there isn't much of a plan past us most likely flying down to Christchurch on the 9th May and back on the 12th May. Registration cost is $95pp for students and $125 for non-students plus flight (which is looking about $180 return - this includes carry on). I'll see if I can pull any strings so we don't have to fork out crazy money for accomodation, but will keep you updated.

Registrations have not opened yet, but please signup to this trip so I can get an idea of numbers. I will close trip signups a week after TWALK registration opens to make sure we have ample time to get tickets and plan etc etc. Ideally you'd have a decent fitness level and some basic navigation skill using a paper map and compass. Let me know if you have any questions!
