Duration: 9 hrs        Distance: 23.46 km    Squats: Several good ones
Elevation Gain: 1045    Naps: None        Piggies: Extant
Max Elevation: 1003    Calories?: Yes         Average Pace: 2.61 km/hr
Hunter Carpark Meeting Time: 6am 18/07/20    Start at track: 8:15 am 
Route: Poad rd - > Waiopehu Track -> Waiopehu Hut -> Waiopehu - return 
Members: Ben Rampton, Davis Cooper, Jayden Wilson, Joe Todd, Julia Sasse
Number of Breaks: 3-4 on the way up, long lunch, 2 on the way down. 
Weather: Better than expected, Intermittent spitting, Hut was a bit cold. 
Visibility: 20ish km, could see Pukematawai and Triangle Knob from Hut, Coastline and 
westward horizon visible. Unfortunately we could see some of palmy, yuck.    
Trail Conditions: Good with muddy sections, gaiters would have been a good choice.
